Lord,
Give me discipline. Expand my capacity to obey. Some of the leaders outlined in your Chronicles simply refused to obey. DO not allow me to turn from you as they did. Keep me humble and far from pride. Keep my heart and aspirations firmly in your possession. Permit me not to stumble away from you.
I am your vessel. Empty me of myself so that I may be filled with your spirit. I am all in, Lord! Not a piece of me do I keep for myself! I sacrifice it all to you so that you are truly the Lord of my life!
